If you have general troubles with falling or staying asleep, perhaps this is more on your wavelength. This should reduce snoring over time as you adjust your sleeping habits. When it detects a change in position, it prompts you, with automatic vibration adjustment and actionable feedback, to stay and sleep on your side and avoid the snoring position. This works with a small discreet sensor in a soft band worn around the chest that continuously measures sleep behavior. If snoring is an issue in your bedroom (whether from you or your partner), this would be a good gift for a more peaceful sleep.

This year, at CES 2019, Philips has revealed three more additions to this line: the SmartSleep Snoring Relief Band, the SmartSleep Better Sleep Program, and the SmartSleep Analyzer.
